My version of Dr. Watson's reaction when Holmes returned to him after three years of everyone believing him dead at the Reichenbach Falls after a fatal battle with his arch nemesis Professor Moriarty.

Now the first two panels are canon of course, but what happened after that? I think it's pretty clear ;) That's what I would have done if I were poor Watson.
